Titans Take Two in Thursday Double Dual

The Berea-Midpark wrestling team (3-0, 3-0 SWC) won 18 of 28 bouts to earn two victories Thursday night over Avon and Amherst Steele. Pino Dipierro (16-0) and Shane Heil (16-0) extended their undefeated 2019-20 campaigns while Spencer Reardon, Alex DiVincenzo and Jimmy Paletta were also double bout winners on the night. Dipierro and Guzowski Named Berea Family Dental Athletes of the Week!

Congratulations to senior wrestler Pino Dipierro and sophomore bowler Andrea Guzowski for being nominated this week’s Berea Family Dental Athletes of the Week! Dipierro started the week with a 1st period pin of Cainan Comerfield of Olmsted Falls in 0:54.  The senior then went 8-0 in the two-day North Coast Classic Tournament, pinning seven opponents

Rivals Partner Up to Battle Pediatric Cancer

As the Titans travel West on Bagley Road tonight to battle conference rival Olmsted Falls at 6:30 p.m., they will be donning an additional color to their typical Orange and Blue. Four Titans Crowned Champions at Edison Invitational

Complete Brackets Six Berea-Midpark wrestlers advanced to their respective weight class finals at the season-opening Edison Invitational and four walked off the mat as champions. 7th-12th Grade Wrestling Parent and Student Informational Meeting November 5th

Varsity Wrestling Coach Steve Bosko and his high school and middle school coaching staff will conduct their winter meeting on November 5th at 6:30pm At Berea-Midpark High School in room 156.  The meeting will start together as a whole (7th grade-12th grade) then break off for BMHS/BMMS specific meetings.

Heil Finishes Seventh at State Wrestling Tournament

Shane Heil finished seventh overall in the 120 pound weight class at the OHSAA Individual Wrestling Tournament on Saturday.  The finish and achieving a spot on the podium is a first for the Titans wrestling program. Heil opened the tournament in the championship preliminaries with a close 5-4 decision loss to Elyria’s Nate Burnett.  In
