The Titans tied for 5th place team (top 6 advance) with a season best team score 140.075 and are GOING TO STATES! Freshman Marissa Jones was named All-District Team and qualified individually to States on Vault (PR 9.35), Bars (8.95), Beam (9.15), Floor (9.15) and All Around (PR 36.6). Freshman, Brooklyn Varga hit PRs on Vault (8.975), Beam (8.9) and All Around (35.275). She hit a solid 9.075 on floor and is the alternate for States. Also scoring for the Titans was Emma Roig, who put up big scores on Vault (9.025), Floor (9.0) and Beam (8.85). Julia Gorman and Jula Peabody had solid All Around performances and contributed to the team score. Gorman had a season best Vault score (8.175), Megan Cullins hit both of her routines on Beam and Floor. Abby Arnold hit a new PR on Bars (7.425). Leah Miclau started our meet off strong, being our first competitor up on Vault scoring an 8.05. Some of the team’s goals for the season have been hitting a no fall beam rotation, scoring a 140 and qualifying to states, and they achieved them all!

The State meet will be at Hilliard Bradley High School this Friday (team competition) and Saturday (indiviual compeition).
