The Varsity Boys Bowling Team, an amazing team of young men who where determined to make this journey for their second appearance in two years to the OHSAA State Tournament. The Titans bowled strong and steady throughout the day giving them a total team score of 3543 to get them in the top 8 bracket round. The Titans took on the team from Sydney in the best of 5 baker games. The Titans rolled bakers of 164, 179, an 170 to take a loss to Sydney with games of 183. 236 and 188. Sydney went on to win the state bowling championship.
Jt Jackson made his second appearance at states bowling games of 190, 224 and 244 giving him an 11th place finish as an individual giving him All Ohio Team Honorable Mention. Gavin Fouts also made his second appearance at states bowling a 561 series while Nick Guzowski competed in his third state championship with a 544 series. Making their first state championships, Mason Gardner bowled the high game of the day of 279 with a 618 series for 25th top individual and Collin Ellis bowled a 600 series finishing 30th as top individual. Congratulations!! what an awesome season. You have made all of us at Berea-Midpark and the district extremely proud. This is how the Titans Roll!!!!
