Titans News · Berea Midpark Athletics Partners with T3 Performance


Berea-Midpark Athletics is excited to announce that T3 performance will be providing strength and speed training for the athletes in our district. T3 performance launched in 2009 to help athletes in varying sports reach their full potential. Their goal is to maximize performance results for each athlete by providing effective and progressive training methods in a positive atmosphere. This includes speed, strength, and mobility for each of our teams/athletes at Berea-Midpark. T3 will be sending their highly qualified trainers on site to Roehm Athletic Complex as soon as we are able to resume activity from this mandatory no contact period by the OHSAA. In the meantime, please look to our twitter account as T3 will be rolling out a workout that can be done from home for all of our athletes to stay active and fit during this time. These workouts are voluntary, not to be done in groups, and need no access to a gym or weights. Stay healthy and fit Titans!
